FOR MANUFACTURERS

You build the robots. We're the channel into Europe and the Gulf.

A curated network of integrators with live customers, plus turnkey logistics, certification and service. No office abroad — you pay on results, once you've already been paid.

A Chinese robot-factory production line, export-ready

WHY

The robot is rarely the problem. The way in is.

The product exists; the market, the buyers and the service abroad don't. A single dealer moves too little; a subsidiary is heavy CAPEX; a trading company represents everyone. The market is growing but small by category — so the winning move is to enter first, curated, with service behind you.

No channel, no data

70% local focus, little MENA visibility.

After-sales is a burden

A foreign black box that lands on the buyer.

A dead one-rep channel

One agent, little volume, no service.

HOW

A curated distribution alliance, not a marketplace.

Six categories — one factory in each:

  • Logistics AMR
  • Hospitality & delivery
  • Professional cleaning
  • Cobots
  • Warehouse DWS
  • Security & inspection

Commission on results

A small access fee when an order flows — not a markup.

Two-sided, EU + GCC

We aggregate demand across the whole network — not one country, one dealer.

Category exclusivity

One player per category. The one who's seen is the one who's bought.

Not a marketplace Not a trading company (5–15%, for everyone) Not a single dealer Not a subsidiary (heavy CAPEX)

INCENTIVE

We win when you sell — and not before.

Resident buys wholesale

The integrator buys from your factory at the wholesale price.

Keeps the market margin

They resell at market and keep their margin — their reason to sell hard.

You pay on results

A small access fee for reaching a serviced network — only on paid orders.

WHAT YOU GET

A market without opening an office.

Everything a subsidiary would do — including OEM / White-Label and flexible routing — at a fraction of the cost and risk.

Curated network

Integrators with live clients — demand researched in advance.

Logistics + certification

Supply-chain, CE compliance and safe-hub routing.

Local service & training

After-sales and integrator training on our side — local, not Chinese.

A face on the ground

Local channel + service = sovereign, not "importing a box".

Demand aggregation

Volume pooled across the whole network, not one dealer.

OEM / White-Label

Sell branded or white-label — enter on your terms.

Flexible routing

OEM / white-label routes around brand or component constraints.

Showrooms & expos

Year-round rooms in Milan, Abu Dhabi & London.

FIT

This isn't for every factory.

Protecting the channel is the positioning — we take one serious maker per category and back them with service, so we're selective on purpose.

01

Closed software, no OEM path

If the software is closed and an open API or OEM is off the table, European buyers will struggle — we say so now, not after a shipment.

02

No after-sales intent

If a failure is meant to land on the buyer, we can't protect the network's name — service intent is part of the deal.

03

Won't commit a category

The exclusivity is the deal — the spot gets taken by someone.

STRAIGHT ANSWER

"Aren't you just another trading company?"

No. A trading company represents everyone at 5–15% with zero service and no differentiation. We curate one player per category, carry local service and a face on the ground, aggregate demand two-sided across EU + GCC, and are paid on results — a permanent demand channel, not a listing on a shelf.

BEFORE THE FIRST CALL

The questions factories ask.

How does the 90-day pilot work?

A robot goes into a showroom and an expo; we test demand cheaply, with a clean exit — a low-risk way to make the demand real before you commit.

Who's the client? Show me the demand.

Vetted integrators with live end clients — we share category demand maps and named opportunities before a factory commits a category.

We'll enter Europe ourselves.

You can — and you'll carry certification, service, parts, hiring and reputation risk alone. The alliance is the shortcut when speed and density matter.

How much does it cost?

No listing fee. A small access fee on paid orders that flow through the network — discussed directly once category fit is clear.

What about logistics and compliance?

CE routing, supply-chain and safe-hub logistics are carried on our side — so the integrator and end client see a local channel, not an import gamble.

We already have an agent.

One agent moves little volume and rarely carries service. We aggregate demand across EU + GCC with category exclusivity — a different scale and incentive.
