Privacy policy

How we collect, use and protect your data — in plain words.

Who we are

N.O.N. Humanoid is a private, two-sided alliance for service robotics. For the data you share on this site, the data controller is [LEGAL ENTITY · registered address — placeholder, to be confirmed before publish].

What we collect

Only what you give us: your name, company, email and the message you send with an application or a visit request. The site itself keeps technical logs and basic, privacy-respecting analytics — no advertising trackers.

How we use it

To read your application, route it to the board, and reply. If you asked for the briefing, we send it to the address you gave. We do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for.

Who sees it

The board and the small team that runs admissions. Providers that host the site and deliver email act under contract. We never sell data — to anyone.

Where it lives

We operate across Europe, the UK and the Gulf. Where data crosses borders, we rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

For as long as your application or membership relationship is live, and for a short period after — then it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection — write to rr@nonhumanoid.org and we answer within a stated window. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority.
